Olly is an extra-virgin olive oil pure, fresh and natural coming from the olive groves of our estates in the high plains of Puglia, specifically in the countryside of San Severo which is known as the city of oil. For Olly we have left nothing to chance; every detail is instrumental in allowing you to have an unforgettable gastronomic experience.
DOSAGE CAP: the bottle will never become greasy thanks to the innovative drip catcher, while at the same time, the wastefulness of olive oil will be low.
DESIGN: the bottle is an object of design which enhances the table on which it stands, making a fine display of itself, and, at the same time, this bottle will guarantee perfect conservation of the product which, thanks to the bottle-varnishing process, remains perfectly protected from the light. Light, together with heat, are actually factors which negatively influence the quality and the storage life of the oil.
PITTED OLIVES: The olives are scrupulously separated from their stones before being pressed. In this way we obtain a lower result in terms of litres per kilogram, but we provide a greater quality, more refined oil, with a greater resistance to oxidation and therefore a longer shelf life.
COLD PRESSING: The olives, already pitted, are cold pressed using solely mechanical methods, without any chemical treatments. A genuine olive juice is produced, which is then immediately conserved in stainless steel silos, under nitrogen.
THE PERANZANA OLIVE: The newly extracted oil from the Peranzana olive is ready for consumption; there is no need for a period of maturation or for it to be mixed with other oils. Olly is a 100% Peranzana single variety oil.
HIGH DIGESTIBILITY: Olly is characterised by organoleptic properties of high digestibility, a very limited acidity (0.2% oleic acid) and a light green, dense, opaque colour. Olly has the ability to satisfy discerning palates and to lend itself perfectly to any dish, providing an incredible and unforgettable culinary experience.
POLYPHENOLS
All the work and attention applied during natural harvesting make Olly particularly rich in polyphenols, with anticancer properties and natural antioxidants.
